Is there any brokerage fee?
No. YaarGhar is a broker-free marketplace. Owners list for free, and seekers deal directly with owners.
How does verification work?
Owners can voluntarily upload Aadhaar and PAN for verification. Verified badge builds trust but doesn't guarantee property condition.
How do I contact an owner?
Open a listing and tap "Chat with Owner". You'll need a subscription (free trial available) to start conversations.
What if I see a fake listing?
Use the Report feature on the listing or email support@yaarghar.com. We investigate all reports promptly.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. Your data will be removed per our Privacy Policy.
